LIFETIME WARRANTY ON FALKEN TYRES

 

LIFETIME WARRANTY: Covers damages to your tyres caused by nails, glass, debris, potholes, or other road hazards from the date of purchase until the life of original tread depth end at 1.6mm.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR LIFETIME WARRANTY CAMPAIGN

I- In the event of tyres being damaged beyond repair during the entire usable Lifetime, FALKEN (The Company) shall replace the tyre based on your usage.

II- If the tyre is repairable safely, repair shall be done on free of cost basis until the tyre’s tread life reaches 1.6mm or 60 months from the month and year of production, whichever occurs first.

III- Particulars of the Offer:
  • The Offer is valid on purchase of Cars, 4WD / SUV tyres only
  • Offer cannot be transferred to another customer in the event of vehicle getting sold
    (transfer of ownership)
  • Tyres fitted on Delivery van, Pick up, Light Truck, Bus and Heavy Vehicles are not included
    in the offer
  • The Offer is valid for purchases made through Company’s authorized retailers and Proshop
    across UAE
  • The Offer is for consumers only and excludes all institutional, corporate, Govt. and fleet
    sales
  • The Offer is valid on the tyres purchased from 1st-February-2024 through 31st-December2024 (Offer Period)
  • On assessing the damage, final decision will be made by the Company’s representatives
  • Fitting, balancing and other services will be charged at regular prices
  • Taxes apply on invoices raised against pro-rata claim compensation
IV- Exclusions from the OFFER – Tyre falling into the following categories will not be compensated:
  • Uneven wear
  • Misalignment wear
  • Wrong application
  • Date of production above 5 years
  • Tyre used for circuiting or racing
  • Tyres willfully damaged or abused
  • Re-grooved or retreaded tyres
  • Unprofessional puncture repair
  • Pattern noise related claims
  • Affected due to natural calamities like flood, earthquake, volcano, storm, etc
  • Tyres used in different Car, 4WD, SUV other than the one mentioned in the Purchase Invoice
V- Replacement Criteria:
  • One time replacement shall be made for tyres which cannot be safely repaired during the Offer Period
  • Compensation shall be equivalent to the average remaining tread depth as long as the tread wear indicator is not exposed (must remain above 1.6 mm) and valid for a period of 60 months from the month and year of production, whichever occurs first

Example: Excluding the 1.6 mm set up by international safety standard, if you have used 25% of your tyre tread, you get a new tyre at 75% discount from the original purchase price.

VI- Repair Criteria:
  • One puncture repair shall be done per annum per tyre until the OTD reaches 1.6mm or 60 months from the month and year of production, whichever occurs first
  • Repair is deemed safe if the puncture hole is within 8 mm diameter in tread area only, provided the tread wear indicator is not exposed (Above 1.6 mm)
  • Tyre repairs will be done only with mini combi/plug to ensure safety
  • In case of any puncture repaired without using professional mini combi, the warranty will be lapsed
  • If 3 or more repairs are required, then one time tyre replacement shall be done in equivalent to the average remaining tread depth
VII- Applicability and Validation of Lifetime Warranty Offer:
  • Lifetime Warranty is only applicable for FALKEN tyres purchased from a Company’s authorized dealers or re-sellers and Proshop having RFID sticker printed by the Company on the tyre
  • Online registration with relevant details or company provided Warranty Card is mandatory to validate Lifetime Warranty
  • For any claims or Compensation Tyre purchase invoice must be presented
  • Replacement and repairs can only be availed through Company’s authorized retailers and Proshop across UAE
  • Compensation shall be for the same tyre size and model
  • The same car registered in the invoice must be presented
  • Tyre replacement is subject to availability, if not available, we will offer the next available brand
  • Compensation will not be made in terms of cash
  • Company shall not entertain and reserves the right to reject any claims which are not in alignment to the term & conditions mentioned from Point I-VII of this Offer Document

 

The Company shall not be liable for any damages or claims apart from that which has been mentioned in this Offer Document.

ضمان مدى الحياة على إطارات فالكن

 

ضمان مدى الحياة: يغطي الأضرار التي تلحق بإطاراتك بسبب المسامير أو الزجاج أو الحطام أو الحفر أو مخاطر الطريق الأخرى من تاريخ الشراء حتى انتهاء عمر عمق المداس الأصلي عند 1.6 مم.

شروط وأحكام حملة الضمان مدى الحياة

1- في حالة تلف الإطارات بشكل لا يمكن إصلاحه خلال فترة الاستخدام بأكملها ، يجب على فالكن (الشركة) استبدال الإطار بناء على استخدامك.

2- إذا كان الإطار قابلا للإصلاح بأمان ، فيجب إجراء الإصلاح على أساس مجاني حتى يصل عمر مداس الإطار إلى 1.6 مم أو 60 شهرا من شهر وسنة الإنتاج ، أيهما يحدث أولا.

3- تفاصيل العرض
  • يسري العرض على شراء ، إطارات سيارات الركاب و سيارات الدفع الرباعي فقط
  • لا يمكن نقل العرض إلى عميل آخر في حالة بيع السيارة (نقل الملكية).
  • لا يشمل العرض الإطارات التي يتم تركيبها على المركبات التجارية ، والشاحنات الخفيفة ، والحافلات ، والمركبات الثقيلة.
  •  يسري العرض على المشتريات التي تتم من خلال تجار التجزئة المعتمدين لدى الشركة و بروشوب في جميع أنحاء الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
  •  العرض مخصص للمستهلكين فقط ويستثني من ذلك جميع المؤسسات والشركات والقطاعات الحكومية. ومبيعات الأسطول.
  • يسري العرض على الإطارات المشتراة من 1-فبراير-2024 حتى 31-ديسمبر-2024 (فترة العرض)
  • عند تقييم الضرر ، سيتم اتخاذ القرار النهائي من قبل ممثلي الشركة.
  • سيتم فرض رسوم على التركيب والموازنة والخدمات الأخرى بالاسعار الاعتيادية.
  • تطبق الضرائب على الفواتير المرفوعة مقابل تعويض تناسبي للمطالبة
4-الاستثناءات من العرض-لن يتم تعويض الإطارات التي تندرج في الفئات التالية
  • تآكل غير متساوي
  • تآكل بسبب عدم القيام بموازنة الاطارات
  • تطبيق خاطئ
  •  تاريخ الإنتاج فوق 5 سنوات
  •  الإطارات المستخدمة للسباقات و الحلبات
  •  اتلاف الإطارات عمدا أو إساءة استخدامها
  • إطارات محززة أو مجددة
  • إصلاح ثقب غير مهني
  •  الشكاوي الناتجة عن صوت مداس الاطار
  • الاطارات التالفة بسبب الكوارث الطبيعية مثل الفيضانات والزلازل والبركان والعواصف وما إلى ذلك
  • الإطارات المستخدمة في سيارات مختلفة ، سيارات الركاب ، سيارات الدفع الرباعي بخلاف تلك المذكورة في فاتورة الشراء
5-معايير الاستبدال
  • يتم استبدال الإطارات مرة واحدة والتي لا يمكن إصلاحها بأمان خلال فترة العرض
  • يجب أن يكون التعويض معادلا لمتوسط عمق المداس المتبقي طالما أن مؤشر تآكل المداس غير مكشوف (يجب أن يظل أعلى من 1.6 مم) وساريا لمدة 60 شهرا من شهر وسنة الإنتاج ، أيهما يحدث أولا

مثال: باستثناء 1.6 مم التي تم إعدادها وفقا لمعايير السلامة الدولية ، إذا كنت قد استخدمت 25 ٪ من مداس الإطار الخاص بك ، فستحصل على إطار جديد بخصم 75 ٪ من سعر الشراء الأصلي

6 -معايير الإصلاح

  • يجب إجراء إصلاح ثقب واحد سنويا لكل إطار حتى يصل حجم مداس الاطار إلى 1.6 مم أو 60 شهرا من شهر وسنة الإنتاج ، أيهما يحدث أولا
  • يعتبر الإصلاح آمنا إذا كان قطر الثقب في حدود 8 مم في منطقة المداس فقط ، بشرط ألا يكون مؤشر تآكل المداس مكشوفا (أعلى من 1.6 مم)
  • سيتم إجراء إصلاحات الإطارات فقط باستخدام ميني كومبي/قابس لضمان السلامة
  • في حالة أي ثقب تم إصلاحه دون استخدام تقنية ميني كومبي ، سيتم انقضاء الضمان
  • إذا كانت هناك حاجة إلى 3 إصلاحات أو أكثر ، فيجب أن يتم استبدال الإطارات مرة واحدة بما يعادل متوسط عمق المداس المتبقي
7-قابلية التطبيق والتحقق من عرض الضمان مدى الحياة
  • الضمان مدى الحياة ينطبق فقط على إطارات فالكن التي تم شراؤها من التجار المعتمدين للشركة أو الموزعين و بروشوب ويتواجد ملصق RFID من وزارة الصناعة و التكنولوجيا المتقدمة المطبوعة من قبل الشركة على الإطارات
  • التسجيل عبر الإنترنت مع التفاصيل ذات الصلة أو بطاقة الضمان المقدمة من الشركة يعد الزاميا للتحقق من صحة الضمان مدى الحياة
  • يجب تقديم فاتورة شراء الإطارات لأي مطالبات أو تعويض
  • لا يمكن الاستفادة من الاستبدال والإصلاحات إلا من خلال تجار التجزئة المعتمدين لدى الشركة ومتاجر بروشوب في جميع أنحاء الإمارات العربية المتحدة
  • يجب أن يكون التعويض عن نفس حجم الإطارات ونموذجها
  • يجب تقديم نفس السيارة المسجلة في الفاتورة
  • يخضع الاستبدال على توافر الإطارات ، وإذا لم يكن متاحا ، فسنقدم العلامة التجارية التالية المتاحة
  • لن يتم التعويض نقدا
  • لا يجوز للشركة أن تقبل وتحتفظ بالحق في رفض أي مطالبات لا تتوافق مع الشروط والأحكام المذكورة من النقطة الأولى إلى السابعة من وثيقة العرض هذه

 

لن تكون الشركة مسؤولة عن أي أضرار أو مطالبات بخلاف تلك المذكورة في وثيقة العرض هذه.

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes the privacy practices for ESAG TBA, www.proshop.ae (“Website”) and outlines in which manner Personal Data of users (“Customers”, “you”) is collected, stored, disclosed through the Website and physical stores and secured against misuse. It further identifies how Customers can correct any inaccuracies in the Personal Data provided.
